Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy includes:

• 30-Day Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Original Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Free Returns: We provide prepaid return labels for US customers
• Full Refund: Refunds are issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days

Starting a return is easy:

1. Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
2. Select the order containing the item(s) you want to return
3. Click "Return Items" and select the reason for return
4. Print the prepaid return label
5. Pack the item securely and attach the label
6. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

You'll receive a confirmation email once we receive and process your return.

Refund processing times:

• Inspection: 1-2 business days after we receive your return
• Refund Processing: 1-2 business days after approval
• Bank Processing: 3-5 business days depending on your bank

Total time: typically 5-10 business days from when the return is delivered to us.

Yes! We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles. To process an exchange:

1. Start a return through your account
2. Select "Exchange" as the reason
3. Choose your replacement item
4. Ship the original item back using our prepaid label

Your replacement will be shipped once we receive the returned item. If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund accordingly.
